This is a perfect group or family glamping holiday, on an idyllic and historic wooded estate in Somerset and Dorset.
There are two fully plumbed in tents/lodges, and these are situated in a woodland orchard, surrounded by woodland. You will have the freedom and seclusion of the 50 acres of woodland to yourselves. This is ideal for two families or a small group of friends that wants the place to themselves.
Book both tents, and everything is yours. Total privacy for any group of friends or two families.
Adults can relax on the veranda drinking g&t (included) on the sun loungers, explore the woodland, have picnics and and generally enjoy the idyllic woodland. The children can keep the camp fire going, build camps, swing on the monkey swings and run free.
The safari lodges have a kitchen area, with a 4 gas hob cooker, hot water. Ensuite to the tent, is a wooden cabin with a shower, basin and loo. Total privacy. No shared facilities.
There is a wide range of activities and adventures (if you want) to be done on site, enabling guests to explore and experience the woodland, the wildlife and surrounding Dorset countryside if they so please.
Off-site there is masses to do with Longleat, Stourhead, the historic town of Sherborne with its castle and Abbey, the city of Bath, the Jurassic coast (a little further away), Corfe Castle, and the museums of Yeovilton and Bovington all nearby.
If you are wanting to do activities onsite without travelling, we can bring the horses, guns, bows & arrows, field experts, art lessons, and interests to your tent. We have the farm land, the woodland, and the wildlife, making this to be second to none for an adventure.
Furthermore, (if you want) we can provide service (cooking, cleaning, food shopping and mother's help) so that the whole family or group can fully relax and enjoy their holiday to the max without worrying about logistics.
No travelling, hot cars, queuing, shopping, waiting - you are in paradise, we can bring everything to you.
Imagine sitting back on your veranda, in the dappled shade of the old orchard, with your gin and tonic (inclusive) and dream of the thrills, and experiences you are about to do on this glamping trip.
Glamping in the UK has grown exponetially in the last few years.
Simply, it can be a nirvana type experience to be living in comfort, in an amazing private location - in front of for instance a waterfall, a lake, a panorama, a woodland orchard, a fabulous garden, a river, a mountain or even Glastonbury Festival or a pretty field etc.
It is not just the view and location, but also the sense of space and freedom the glamping site provides. In comparison to our normal lives, glamping holidays often provide an incredible amount of space to run around and explore and do things that we would not otherwise do.
It is this that will blow your mind. Furthermore if you are doing these amazing things with friends or family, the fun, and pleasure is amplified. It becomes a great boding experience.
So when choosing a holiday, not only look what is inside the tent, assessing how the setup will make your stay easy and comfortable, but the wider location for the scenery, the views, the chance to explore, walk and enjoy to the full.
Furthermore, by glamping in the UK and in Dorset, means that you are saving on probably days worth of travelling as well as the extra cost of flying.
Smell the freedom, run wild with Safari Glamping in Dorset.
